Jallais

 The Centre Equeste du Jallais is about 20 minutes from my place and is where everything I post about happens. There are over 20 stalls, a shower, tack room, lots of fields, at least three places to tack up, and a large arena.

 My instructor is French, about 40 with black hair. He's neither tall nor short. Apart from that picture him as you will as I will not be posting pictures. I am giving all the  people at the school aliases, so my instructor shall henceforth be called Geoff. He has a wife called Laura and has two kids 8 yr old Anne and 12 yr old Steven.

 There are currently five other regular riders in my class besides myself and my sis. Louise is the eldest. She is almost 18, not tall, has dark hair and eyes. She has her own beautiful grey mare that she loves to bits. Louisa is considerably taller then most of us, though she is only 14. She has slightly lighter hair then Louise. She has a gorgeous bay gelding who's a handful, but Louisa rides him beautifully. Berta is blonde with bright blue eyes. She is about the same size and stature as me. Berta does not own a horse yet, but rides a more advanced lesson horse named Mia, who is a pie mare. (look at lesson horses page) She is also an excellent rider. Diana is not really in our class as she is really advanced. She has blonde hair and is tall. She owns a young bay mare. Felix is the only adult apart from Diana. He looks like a big jockey - shortish, but bigger built then a jockey. He used to ride a palomino pony named Noisette, but she's getting older and he's a bit too heavy for her now. So he rides either a bay pony named Roxane, or Mia. Sophia has joined our class and rides Charlotte's old horse Tito. She has long black hair and is around 10 yrs old. Then there is Melonie who is probably my age. She speaks good English and reminds me a lot of Allie from Austin and Allie the Disney show. A new English lady as come to our school after buying one of the more advanced lesson horses Special. I see her quite often when we go for lessons on Thursday evenings. She does mostly dressage with him but she is often at the jumper classes when Special is competing with the school whether or not she rides him. Her name (for the blog) is Katie.
